Who is this best suited for?

As this is a self-contained Garden Studio, it is suited to single occupancy to either a working professional or a final year student. 

How much is Rent?

950eur to be paid monthly in advance. A deposit of 950eur is required to secure the Studio. 

All bills (WiFi, Gas, Electric, Bins) are included in the monthly rent. 

Is this registered with RTB?

This is a brand new unit, and as such, has never been rented before. The Studio will be registered within the first 30 days of occupancy.  

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, there is already a dog living in the main house and has shared use of the garden. 

Is there Parking?

There is free on-street parking that does not require any permits

Is there Bike Storage?

There isn't a dedicated space, but there is room for a bike to be stored along the entryway to the Garden Studio. 

How is the Studio accessed?

There is dedicated side entrance access with a key, both the side entrance and the Studio can be locked from the inside. There is one step from the side entrance to bring you to the Studio door. 

Please note, this is a Garden Studio located inside a shared garden with the occupants of the main house, a working couple in their early thirties.
